This course creates a better understanding of sales and marketing as well as advanced skills to plan and execute the best technique to acquire significant business benefits. Market analysis tools are powerful skills to understand the market and preparing an existing business model to overcome those challenges.
This two-day training course is designed for sales employees to discover better sales and marking skills to boost revenue and improve customer satisfaction and market brand awareness. This course examines the importance of required skills for being a better salesperson as well as a market analyzer through examine various case studies and running practical in-class role plays.
By the end of this program, participants will be able to:
Understanding sales and marketing as well as their overlap with each other
Studying market analysis tools and their use for studying market and competitor trends
Respond to customers’ needs in order to adapt their selling approach to those needs
Provide advanced selling knowledge and skills for dealing with customers’ objections and closing the deal
Gain awareness of the professional behavior during all phases of the sales call

Who can take this course?
The training language is English; therefore any person who speaks at least advanced English may take the course. No prior experience is required, just a willingness to learn and a desire to develop yourself.
Mr. Ourahman is an experienced lecturer, trainer, commercial and technical consultant and advisor with deep roots in corporate training, professional development programs, Soft Skills Training public speaking, mentoring and coaching with over 10 years’ experience
The Trainer Mr. Ourahman has an extensive experienced in delivering professional development programs, soft skills, and hard skills. He is a professional training facilitator and delivers modules in three main areas, professional development programs which include business management, customer service, sales, and marketing skills, technical modules include programming languages and computer science sessions and English modules includes GE, EAP and Business English with an extensive ability to create, develop, customize and deliver new modules based on requests.
In his past work Experience
He has the lead and largest institute of Technology in New Zealand, with more than 20,000 students studying over 150 work-oriented programs where employment-focused education is offered at two campuses.
Teaching English classes (i.e. both GE & EAP), delivered special training classes for Business English, English for Marketing & Advertising and English for Marketing & Advertising. Furthermore led Human Resources and Marketing Departments; acting as HR and Marketing Manager
A professional training facilitator and delivers modules in three main areas, professional development programs which includes business management, customer service, sales and marketing skills, technical modules include programming languages and computer science sessions and English modules includes GE, EAP and Business English with an extensive ability to create, develop, customize and deliver new modules based on requests.
Furthermore a social, commercial and academic experience of east and west mixed with deep multicultural past, an Iraqi born, grew in various countries and educated in New Zealand has added extra flavors to consulting, training and coaching taste while can deliver modules in five languages including English, Kurdish, Urdu (Hindi), Persian and Arabic.
