Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an Admin and Finance Assistant for a Holding group in Erbil. Candidates must have minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Kurdish, Arabic and English fluency is a must.

Role Responsibilities

  • Receives all payments from clients and audit them base on the Accounting and Policies and enters to the system
  • Maintains up to date files for account receivable records
  • Runs receivable month-end reports
  • Performs monthly A/P closing and control transactions
  • Reconcile relevant accounts at month end closing
  • Check all new suppliers as legality and enter to the system
  • Follows up business and selling procedures
  • Deposits all collections (cash, cheque, and foreign currency) to the Accounts Manager
  • Reconciled all related accounts and prepares reconciliation statements
  • Manage office supplies stock and place orders
  • Maintain and update departmental databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
  • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
  • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
  • Coordinating deliveries and maintaining suitable stock levels
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients
  • Review purchasing agreements with clients and maintain open lines of communications with them
  • Answering queries by employees and clients
  • Any other Business requested by CAC Manager


Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration or any related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Basic Accounting
  • Fluency in Kurdish, Arabic and English is a must
  • Advanced user of Microsoft Office Programs
  • Eager to learn new ways of working
  • Can overcome difficult situations and challenges
  • Communicate with all levels of clients and employees
