Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an Administration Assistant for an International Oil Operator in Erbil. Minimum 1-3 years of related experience in the oil and gas industry, fluency in Kurdish and English is a must.


  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies
  • Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related administration experience
  • High education degree is required
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and collaborative skills
  • Fluent English
  • Advanced user of MS Office: Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Outlook, Visio
