We are looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for one of our clients in the FMCG sector in Erbil, must have 1 to 2 years of experience with fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
- Develop and maintain a filing system
- Order office supplies
- Maintain contact lists
- Book travel arrangements
- Submit and reconcile expense reports
- Provide general support to visitors
- Fluency in Arabic, Kurdish and English is required
- Minimum High school degree or equivalent
- Must have 1 to 2 years of experience in Administration
