MSELECT is looking to hire an Administrator for an international service provider in Erbil. Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and fluency in English
RESPONSIBILITY – The Overall Accountabilities
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft office 360
- Crew daily POB & monthly time sheets on VP System.
- Arranging Crew transportation and accommodation
- Carry out crew visa’s
- Carry out of Journey Management plan on the routing system and ensure the drivers following company procedures
- Arrange for crew trainings
- Carry out crew flight ticket
- Carry out of crew PSD team requests to the rig sites as well as site access arrangements
- Trucks arrangements from the base to the rig site and vice versa including Manifest & Gate pass.
- Making OQs to request the department goods and follow up the OR in the JDE system(Oracle) to ensure receive them within time after the PO issued.
- Expense crew receipts and make sure that they get their claims,
- Arranging crew PPE and make sure new hires get HSE & Security inductions.
- Budget Forecasting and accrual expenses on Monthly basis.
- Professionally mature, team player, respectful and takes initiative
- Excellent organizational skills
- Fluency in English Language is a must
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
