Our Client, an international oil company, is looking for an Assistant Financial Analyst to support the accounting function. The duties include; handling a variety of tasks related month end close, petty cash, reporting, invoice processing, Intercompany and AFE processing and also assisting with various compliance issues including due diligence packages for contracts, purchase orders and sensitive transactions.
Responsibilities and Key Objectives:
·Petty Cash Administration
·Maintenance of various logs and invoice approval routing:
·provide assistance to other Accounting Analysts
·Assist with Accounts Payable issues
·Work with sponsors on AFE and GO113
·Assist with preparing various month end and other related financial reports
·assist with a Compliance issues
·Assist with reporting to various government entities
Minimum of a BSC in Accounting
Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Must have a minimum of two years of accounting experience, ability to work in a dynamic environment, have experience with JDE, SAP or other Financial Reporting systems.
