MSELECT are now recruiting On behalf of our client which is an International Trading/ catering and Construction company we are currently looking a catering operations manager to join their team in Erbil. 

Job Description:

Job post for Erbil, Kurdistan, Iraq:
• Planning menus in consultation with chefs and ordering supplies as required;
• Hiring, training, supervising and motivating permanent and casual staff;
• Ensure that all employees project a positive, approachable, friendly and professional image
• organizing shifts and rotas
• organizing, leading and motivating the catering team;
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are strictly observed, recorded and archived;
• Monitoring the quality of the product and service provided;
• maintaining stock levels and ordering new supplies as required;
• Be prepared to give practical help in any part of the kitchen should the need arise
• Carry out food lost control as required
• Setting and monitoring budgets and maintaining financial and administrative records.
• Maximizing sales and meeting profit and financial expectations.
• To produce all food services to the agreed client standard through the catering team
• To actively seek and identify opportunities for business growth within the contract and external market
• Report any faults to management/client, ensure they are rectified and ensure equipment is not used until safe.
• Attend to and take all necessary action, statutory or otherwise, in the event of incidents or accident, fire, theft,loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such action as may be appropriate
• Maintain excellent client relationships and communicate with the day to day client at every opportunity
• Action customer compliments by praising staff and resolve complaints satisfactorily, referring to your line manager where necessary

• Minimum 10 years’ experience

Salary range: $3,500-$5000
