Job Description

Mselect is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist for one of its clients in the automotive sector to be based in Erbil with below details:



  • Correcting necessary data of customer complaint in timely manner from dealers and reporting to General Manager.
  • Analyzing claims, complaints of customers of the dealer in accordance with the required method
  • Providing the feedback of data analyzing to dealers
  • Regularly check email and respond to requests coming from the Internet – web-site of Toyota Iraq according to its competence.
  • Be in charge for its duties guided instruction "standards of customer service, according to the recommendations of Toyota Service Standards.
  • Able to clarify information about the benefits of authorized dealers.
  • Provide customers with full information about the warranty, if any
  • Correctly and in full make customer information to the database, according to Toyota Iraq standards
  • Follow management reporting system, if any.
  • Participate in marketing research for the improvement of customer interface area and improved customer service in dealers by proper guidance.
  • Responsible for improving corporate customer relations.


  • University degree or 2 years of relevant working experience
  • FLuency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
