Mselect is looking for a Customer Relations Specialist for one of its clients in the automotive sector to be based in Erbil with below details:
- Correcting necessary data of customer complaint in timely manner from dealers and reporting to General Manager.
- Analyzing claims, complaints of customers of the dealer in accordance with the required method
- Providing the feedback of data analyzing to dealers
- Regularly check email and respond to requests coming from the Internet – web-site of Toyota Iraq according to its competence.
- Be in charge for its duties guided instruction "standards of customer service, according to the recommendations of Toyota Service Standards.
- Able to clarify information about the benefits of authorized dealers.
- Provide customers with full information about the warranty, if any
- Correctly and in full make customer information to the database, according to Toyota Iraq standards
- Follow management reporting system, if any.
- Participate in marketing research for the improvement of customer interface area and improved customer service in dealers by proper guidance.
- Responsible for improving corporate customer relations.
- University degree or 2 years of relevant working experience
- FLuency in Kurdish, English, and Arabic.
