MSELECT is looking to hire an Executive Assistant with minimum of 3 years of experience for one of the major holding groups to be based in Erbil, Iraq.
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the office
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Managing projects and conducting research
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Making travel and guest arrangements
- Providing quality customer service
- Working in a professional environment
- Being able to travel at any time
- Fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is a must.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent is required.
