MSELECT is urgently looking for an HR Administrator in Erbil to work with an international oil & gas operator with minimum 3-5 years’ of experience in HR field and HR software, like HRIS or HRMS plus fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
- 3-5 Years proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrator Assistant or relevant role
- Experience with HR software, like HRIS or HRMS
- Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
- Thorough knowledge of labor laws
- Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
- Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
- BS in Human Resources or relevant field
- Fluent in English, Kurdish, and Arabic
