Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an HR & Admin Manager for an International Catering Services Company to be based in Erbil, Iraq.

Responsibilities

  • Manpower Planning and HR Budgeting
  • Manpower forecasting for business and departmental expansion
  • Recruitment, screening CV’s, interviewing candidates, shortlisting candidates, etc
  • Recruitment and Training
  • HR Policies and Procedures development
  • Interpretation and implementation of Policies and Procedures
  • Employee Relations grievance redress
  • Payroll, Compensation and Benefits management
  • Performance Evaluation and recommendation to management
  • Organizational Planning and Development
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Development of a superior workforce
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of subordinates and staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
  • Investigate and report on industrial accidents for insurance carriers
  • Entire office and HR related Administration management
  • Interview and selection as per ISO, but not limited
  • Follow ISO Process
  • Process employee EOS with line manager
  • Work closely with the company lawyer – for visa, residency, and other related company documentations
  • Prepare letters, memo, announcements
  • Assist manager with employee appraisals
  • Supervising Admin/Secretary with admin related work
  • Conduct employee orientation/awareness for new employees
  • Update new versions for employment contract
  • Handle employees accommodation, leave, maintenance, uniform, warnings, etc. matters
  • Follow admin about company expiration documents
  • Interact with airport administration with regards visa, residency, badge applications

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree of Business Administration
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in HR
  • Recruitment, Training, Policies, Employee Relations
  • Labour Law, Benefits and Compensation
  • Competency Based Performance Evaluation
