Job Description

MSELECT is hiring an HR Manager for a large holding group of companies to be based in Erbil. Extensive international experience is required in a senior HR role within a large corporation.

Job Responsibilities

  • Manpower forecasting for business and departmental expansion
  • Design and implement solid recruitment strategies
  • Create HR Policies and Procedures
  • Improve employee retention
  • Management of compensation and benefits
  • Organizational Planning and Development
  • Performance management and improvement systems
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health
  • Development of a superior workforce
  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems
  • Working as an advisor to the board
  • Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of staff relating to employment, compensation, labor relations, and employee relations
  • Introduce cloud based HR system
  • Report on KPIs and metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Skills and Qualifications required:

  • Evidence of HR policies and procedures implemented
  • Working environment of 500+ employees
  • Proven working experience as HR Manager/Director
  • People oriented and results driven
  • Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
  • In-depth knowledge of HR best practices
  • International training/certificating in HR
