MSELECT is looking to hire a HR Recruitment Coordinator for an industrial client in Sulaimaniyah. Candidate must have minimum 5 years’ relevant experience and fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic.

Position Description

HR Recruitment Coordinator will collaborate with department managers on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs. The HR Recruitment Coordinator should also be able to attract candidates using various sources, like social media networks and employee referrals. Ultimately, the job purpose is to help our company find and hire the most qualified people for our open roles.

Position Accountabilities:

  • Meet with managers and HR to discuss their hiring needs and formulate strategy

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

  • Design and coordinate the hiring process

  • Post job advertisements on professional sites, job sites and social media

  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts

  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications

  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews

  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates

  • Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews

  • Coordinate medical tests and background checks

  • Help establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations

  • Participate in recruiting events

  • Assist with onboarding new hires


  • 5+ years of proven work experience as a Recruiter

  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle

  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices (e.g. social media recruiting)

  • Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation Excellent

Communication skills:

  • Ability to juggle multiple calendars

  • Fully Bilingual – English & Kurdish. Arabic knowledge

  • Problem-solving ability

  • Strong decision-making skills

  • Critical-thinking skills

  • BSc in Business and administration or relevant field
