Job Description
MSELECT is recruiting on behalf of our International FMCG company in Erbil an IT/ Help Desk Support Assistant. Fluency in English and Arabic is requested.
Responsibilities

Provides support to end users for basic computer, application, system, device, access and hardware issues.

Identifies, researches and resolves routine technical problems of low complexity.

Responds to telephone, email and on-line requests for technical support.

Documents, tracks, and monitors the problem using applicable systems and tools.

May coordinate with other teams or departments to resolve user problems. May perform password re-sets for users. May require an associate's degree or its equivalent.

Reports to a supervisor. Works under the close direction of senior personnel in the functional area.
Competencies

Proven experience as a help desk technician

Tech savvy with working knowledge of office automation products, databases and remote control

Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products

Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues

Proficiency in English

Excellent communication skills

Customer-oriented and cool tempered
Education and Certification Requirements
BSc/BA in IT, Computer Science or relevant field.
Languages:
English , Arabic & Kurdish is plus
