Job Description

Mselect Recruitment is looking for a Logistics & Sales Coordinator for one of its international clients in the automotive industry in Erbil, Kurdistan. Main responsibilities will be to support customers and Sales team with order processing, general queries, quotes, stock levels, logistics and basic product information with the objective of continuous improvement and maximizing Customer’s satisfaction.



  • Reception of all customers enquiries; logistics, technical, service and commercial and treating them or channeling them to the specific departments if needed and secure 100% feed-back and customer satisfaction
  • Contributes to the outbond communication with customers (invitation to events, campaign..) and proactive communication (order status, delays, technical risks…)
  • Responsible of booking customers orders while ensuring an interface between customers, Suppliers, shipment & forwarding companies and warehousing,  in all matters related to order processing
  • Efficient execution of customer claims and product returns as per set procedures with the coordination of Technical teams when applicable
  • Follow-up of customers ( mainly wholesalers)  : creation & update of accounts, calls, forecasts, orders, deliveries, quality & after sales tasks, payments, marcom, price requests, claims
    managers, insurance company, banks, other departments; Registring and/or forwarding all information about new customers to marketing& sales teams
  • Documents/catalogues /price lists management : approvals, legalization, dispatch, archive, update, compliance
  • Responsible of improving DSO through a close follow-up of payments due dates and communicate monthly with  relevant sales & account manager.
  • Order enquiry, tracking,product availability and price enquiry and amendment of exisiting order as per the set procedures
  • Provide  customers & account manager with all communications / information related to orders if needed
  • Marcom interface for the day to day follow-up : web site, preparation of customers event and coordination on several issues( giveaway, posters, leaflets, displaysbusiness cards, , …)
  • Prepare products quotations by checking price lists, availability, historical price levels, etc
  • Follow-up of sales teams & activities : agenda, administraive support, coordination with management, etc.
  • Administrative tasks : Reception, Organize travels & bookings, events, coordinate meetings, office supplies, etc



  • Equivalent Bachelor’s degree or any additional diplomas or qualifications will be a plus
  • (MBA, PHD,etc)
  • Fluency in English, Arabic, and Kurdish is required
  • Excellent sales and communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills
