Job Description

We are currently looking for a Marketing & Communication Manager for one of its international clients in the automotive industry to be based in their office in Erbil, Kurdistan. The Marketing & Communication Manager will be reporting to Regional Director.

Job Summary:

  • Creates the Marketing & communication plan of the entity / department (objectives, themes, targets, budget, tools, media, indicators) and pilots its successful  implementation in the countries
  • Proposes the relevant communication tools & media that support the Entity's objectives

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Marketing & communication activity in coordination with Company management, sales teams , suppliers & third party partners
  • Ensure the application of Corporate communication standards and policies across the region and make sure that locally developed promotional and communication tools are in accordance with the Company & key suppliers communication chart
  • Provide Sales Teams with the relevant support by developing effective communication materials and promotional tools
  • In charge of building the Marketing &  Communication yearly plan, the promotional strategy and the related budget's preparation; lead & monitor good execution
  • Manage projects including, but not limited to, schemes, new products launching, events, exhibitions, customers gifts design & supply
  • Take leadership in Social Media communication , mobile applications,  with best use & coordination with Third party suppliers & partners
  • Maintain information about competition ( promotional actions, pricing, media communication, etc.) & maintain adequate reporting tools
  • Maintain the "Company Brief" , offer portfolio & value propositions
  • Supervise the website development  and ensure the website integration in the marcom plans as a strategically approach
  • Prepare & Deploy the Company's Internal Communication strategy through relevant means and tools
  • Support in performing all relevant surveys  either under its responsibility or on request from management

Qualification and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in communication, marketing, customer relations or public relations domains
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills and a demonstrated ability to communicate with a diverse population
  • Ability to effectively work under tight deadlines and manage  projects independently & remotely with strong attention to details
  • Proficient computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, media related computer applications and internet usage
