MSELECT is looking to hire a Multi-Brand Retail Manager for one of the mobile distributor client in Erbil. 3-5 years of experience is requested, any nationality can be accepted. 

Job Description
  • Converting all existing single brand stores to multi-brand ones.
  • Plan and execute brand re positioning campaign.
  • Reorganize the existing chain of stores to be recognized in the market as OR “Organized Retailer”.
  • Ensure sales targets are met and sustained on store, region, and model wise basis.
  • Build and maintain healthy business relationships with major smart phones’ authorized distributors.
  • Effectively manage and control stores purchases and stock levels based on daily, weekly and monthly sales activities. 
  • Closely analyze market competition and monitor competitors moves.
  • Develop further business opportunities such as accessories.
  • Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
  • Train, coach and motivate retails sales staff to deliver excellent customer service, improve their efficiency, and meet sales targets
  • Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance
  • Deal with customers’ complaints to maintain store’s reputation.
  • Inspect the areas in the store and resolve any issues that might arise
  • Plan, execute and analyze in store promotional events.
  • Analyze and report market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to higher management.
Ideal candidate must have the following skills:
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business administration.
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in managing chain of mobile or digital stores.
  • Fluent in English, Arabic. Kurdish would be an add.
  • Have an instinctive feeling about retails and direct consumer sales.
  • Have good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Good listener, able to respond to results and consumer research
  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing
  • Have experience with and an understanding of market research
  • Have time and project management skills, including the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
