Job Description
MSELECT is looking to hire an Office Manager for an automotive company in Baghdad. Candidates must have 3 years minimum in a similar role.
Competences:
- Language: Arabic and English Fluently.
- Communication skills: Advance
- Team work: Advance
- Computer skills: intermediate.
- Reporting Skills: Advance
Responsibility and duties:
- Arrange all the requirement in the Board members office in Baghdad.
- Recording and announcing the minutes of meeting.
- Always support the board members in Baghdad to prepare the requirements of the events and coordinate with the personal needs ( like arrange lunch for some guest )
- Coordinate with the other BOD assistants in the other cities and able to report well to the direct manager.
- Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement.
- Other issues related to Office manager works.
