Job Description

Mselect is looking for a Planning & Information Analyst for one of its clients in the tobacco industry to be based in Erbil with below details:

 

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

1.Operations/Professional/Business

Preparation of all inputs and collation of all output for the monthly Demand Review – Market update presentations, Forecast and Demand planning updates, Stock updates, SSOF updates, minutes & agendas:

  •  Facilitate Demand Review meetings:

Before meetings:

DR Agendas,DR Presentations,Create new PowerPoint templates in line with EMF2 demands

During meeting:

Minutes,Capture Changes to forecasts

After meeting:

Send Minutes, Send updated forecasts to Finance, Ensure update of Competitors’ activities & cycle plan grid.

  •  Prepare and send the OPM packs for Levant and OTP L&Y
  •  Submit input to the EMF2 meetings (EMDR, CPM, OPM)

2. Management

Monthly Reporting

  •  Preparation of monthly sales reports for Levant
  •  Ensure the Central Marketing Data Warehouse is updated with the latest IMS, RSP, Tar and Nic figures for, Iraq.
  •  Monthly update of IMS for Levant
  •  Circulate trade stock levels by date code on monthly basis
  •  The company's consignment + Mared stock levels to be shared with supply chain and finance on monthly basis and upon request
  •  Deliver performance reports
  •  Robust competition understanding by communicating intelligence information on a regular basis

3. Leadership

Co Plan / Strat Plan

  • Manage and maintain all data inputs and outputs for Co-Plan and Strategic planning processes

Trade Support/Others

  • Participate in:
  1. Quarterly Competition forecasts trends
  2. Creating sales orders on SAP
  3. Raise POs for all trade activities in Iraq

 

4. Relationship/Innovation

Responsibilities/Others

  • Enhance the reporting tools that will automate and streamline data entry, extraction, reporting and presentation in co-ordination with the marketing, TM&D, branding & PIM
  • Contribute to continued improvements of reporting processes by developing templates and tools to support planning and data integration
  • Prepare End Market Demand Review other presentations and reports on monthly basis
  • Communicate and share knowledge with colleagues from other end markets
