Job Description

MSELECT is looking for a Sales Distribution Representative on behalf of our client, a major Telecommunications Corporation.
As a Sales Distribution Representative you will be responsible for promotion and sales of the products and services offered by the client to shop owners and customers.
 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Deliver & achieving the sales target for the products /services through distribution networks in the assigned region.
  • Identify gaps in distribution network and recruit the suitable outlets.
  • Manage and support day to day operations of the distribution network.
  • Do initial set-up of acquired outlets as functional outlets.
  • Provide feedback and provide improvements on the Outlets’ user experience.
  • Train distribution network according to the laid down procedures and guidelines.
  • Efficiently manage point-of-sales and merchandise/advertising material to be effectively used for branding.
  • Channel Branding.
  • Monitor the distribution networking in terms of Sales Key Performance Indicator benchmarks.
  • Mange and support merchant networks.
  • Coordinate with the corporate channels.
 
Working Conditions:
  • 80% field based and 20% office based.
  • 5 days week.
 
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors or Diploma in any discipline.
  • At least one or two years’ experience in indirect sales channel (Telecom industry).
  • Strong sales skills.
  • Experience in controlling sales targets and posses the ability to achieve goals (planning & implementation).
  • Ability to work in a team.
  • Fluent in Arabic (written and spoken). English is an advantage.
  • PC literate (MS office minimum requirement).
