1. Sales Target Achievement
- Meet individual periodic and annual sales targets.
- Carryout prospecting to targeted groups.
- Implement and achieve PDS
2. Information & Communication System
- Response to sales inquiries.
- Maintain Customer records in Kerridge system.
- Knowledge on competitive Brands and products
- % Inaccurate client record updates
- Generate and qualify leads
- Make sales calls to new and existing clients.
- Maintain sales activity records and report
- Promotional Materials
3. Promotional Materials
- Maintain sales and promotional materials
- Perform Special Sales promotional activities
- participate in sales events
1. Welcoming & Qualifying
- Warm welcome to customers
2. Customer Capture
- Get preliminary information for what the customer is looking for.
- Qualification of Customers requirements, using professional consultation techniques
- Build rapport with Customers, to enhance purchase experience
- present sales contracts.
3. Select a Vehicle
- Perform six position presentation of vehicle
- Highlight features, benefits & accessories tailored to the Customers requirements
- Knowledgeable of competitive Brands, to enhance the quality of your vehicle
- Bring the Customer closer to choosing a vehicle, through active observation and questionings
4. Negotiate and close
- Negotiate with clients
- Handle Customer objections
- Negotiate price and close deal
- Advise Customer on payment options and documentations required
- Develop sales proposals
- Closed deals in the sales pipeline
- % Sales invoices issued on time
- Minimum 1 year of experience in similar capacity
- knowledge of principles and practices of sales
- knowledge of customer service principles
- Fluent in Kurdish, Arabic and English is preffered
