MSELECT is looking for an experienced Commercial Process and Procedure for a large group holding company based in Sulaimaniya. Must speak Kurdish, Arabic and English.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify business improvement opportunities.
- Conduct research to identify areas of poor performance.
- Conduct assessments of existing processes and methods.
- Support business / functional units in identifying and correcting business issues.
- Assist in coordinating the development of solutions and rules across business functions.
- Support the integration of new processes into existing workflows.
- Design, gather information for, and analyse sales forms work related.
- Analyse and have a strong understanding of other sales operations team functions.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education Bachelor degree business administration.
- Language Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Kurdish and Arabic. English is a plus.
- Work Experience Must have 1-2 years related experience working within a sales organization.
