Job Description

MSELECT is looking for an experienced Commercial Process and Procedure for a large group holding company based in Sulaimaniya. Must speak Kurdish, Arabic and English.

Job Description

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:     

  • Identify business improvement opportunities.             
  • Conduct research to identify areas of poor performance.       
  • Conduct assessments of existing processes and methods.     
  • Support business / functional units in identifying and correcting business issues.
  • Assist in coordinating the development of solutions and rules across business functions.
  • Support the integration of new processes into existing workflows.      
  • Design, gather information for, and analyse sales forms work related.             
  • Analyse and have a strong understanding of other sales operations team functions.              
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirement:                                                         

  • Education                              Bachelor degree business administration.
  • Language                              Excellent knowledge of spoken and written Kurdish and Arabic. English is a plus.
  • Work Experience                   Must have 1-2 years related experience working within a sales organization.
