Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an Services Coordinator for one of the international business consultancy firm in Basrah. The successful candidate must have a practical experience of 3 years in the field of Services Coordination, good communication with Basra SOC and other governmental directorates, fluency in Arabic and English is requested.
The coordinator will be the Main POC (Point of contact) with the client for clarifications and inquiries.

  • Track all employee’s movement and upload it in legal case software.
  • Responsible for invoicing process as per the plan and up to date for end of the month submission.
  • Initiate cases and clarify all the requirements from the client.
  • Prepare and draft immigration and security clearance transactions and coordinate with the client for packages delivery.
  • Assign tasks to Immigration and security clearance officers and follow up with cases updates.
  • Supervise the cash inventory with finance team and report it to the management.
  • Update the client with official alerts for new regulations for Iraqi departments.
  • Perform any duties assigned by the Office Manager.

Organizational skills

  • Proficient in working effectively in a fast-paced environment while making multiple tasks at a time.

  • Well versed in budgeting, inventory maintenance, time management and task prioritization.

  • Proven front desk handling skills, demonstrated ability to handle phone calls and correspondence effectively.

Computer skills

  • Demonstrated skills in computer maintenance and basic troubleshooting of windows.

  • Skilled in data entry and data processing.

  • Skilled in Excel, Word, Power point.

  • Skills with Mac computer.

  • Operational knowledge of the functioning of various office equipment including scanners and printers.

Communication skills

  • Expert in maintaining productive written correspondence with stakeholders and vendors.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven collaborative skills to facilitate team work.

  • Proficient in issuing and presenting monthly and weekly progress reports.

  • Very good communication skills in Basra governor's directorates and especially with the SOC,

  • Solid background with immigration and Iraqi departments procedures,

Interpersonal Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build rapport quickly.

  • Customer oriented attitude towards work with profound ability to interact effectively with others.

  • And we also need the candidate to have a satisfactory level of English language, Also the candidate is preferably male.

  • Working hours are from 8 AM till 5 PM. Sunday to Thursday and may be on Saturdays according the client’s needs.

  • Good attention to detail with ability to develop time-lined project blueprints.
  • Proven ability to comprehend and follow instructions accurately.
