Job Description

We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Home Appliances & AV) for an international electronics company to be based in Baghdad. The ideal candidate should possess good managerial skills, excellent English and Arabic communication skills and 4-8 years’ experience in the electronics field.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.
  • Identify key quality issues and take corrective actions.
  • Handle technical queries. 
  • Conduct onsite, online and invitation trainings for product knowledge and technical skills.
  • Participates in invitation trainings conducted online and onsite.
  • Developing and improve service center process to improve KPI.
  • Manage service center, manpower, database.
  • Cost conscious actions to maintain service such as warranty bill analysis and enhancing repair process.

Experience & Skills:

  • 4-8 years of experience in electronics. 
  • Language skills: Arabic, English.
  • Computer skills
  • Managerial skills: Assistant manager or above.


  • Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical or Electronics engineering.
