We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer (Home Appliances & AV) for an international electronics company to be based in Baghdad. The ideal candidate should possess good managerial skills, excellent English and Arabic communication skills and 4-8 years’ experience in the electronics field.
- Consistently meet or exceed KPI targets.
- Identify key quality issues and take corrective actions.
- Handle technical queries.
- Conduct onsite, online and invitation trainings for product knowledge and technical skills.
- Participates in invitation trainings conducted online and onsite.
- Developing and improve service center process to improve KPI.
- Manage service center, manpower, database.
- Cost conscious actions to maintain service such as warranty bill analysis and enhancing repair process.
Experience & Skills:
- 4-8 years of experience in electronics.
- Language skills: Arabic, English.
- Computer skills
- Managerial skills: Assistant manager or above.
- Bachelor’s degree in HVAC, Mechanical or Electronics engineering.
