MSELECT is looking to hire a Brand Manager for an international FMCG client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of related marketing experience in the FMCG industry. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Description

  • Setting yearly sales forecast, marketing and promotional plan
  • Implementing the marketing plans and activities
  • Managing P&L of the brand
  • Managing and following up on A & P budget, issue the related debit notes to our suppliers
  • Accountable for orders placement and follow up
  • Establishing brand performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
  • Monitoring and analyzing business performance
  • Delivering internal and external presentations regarding new product introductions, marketing materials, business objective and communication strategy
  • Coordinating all advertising and marketing activities
  • Enhancing business results by setting departmental objectives along with the team
  • Gathering, analyzing data and generating reports to support decision-making
  • Recommending and implementing changes to improve productivity
  • Determining and implementing appropriate solution to resolve customers’ complaints


  • University Degree
  • 4 to 5 years of related marketing experience in the FMCG industry, experience in dairies business in Iraq is a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written communication and presentation skills
  • Management of Suppliers
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office applications, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel between major cities in Iraq
