MSELECT is looking to hire a Business Applications and Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer for an international oil and gas operator in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration, implementation and development of Business applications. Fluency in English and Kurdish is a must.

Job Requirements
- Education: Master Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or a related technical field
- Certification:
- At least professional-level certification in the area of business application (please find list of related products below)
- At least professional-level certification in the area of manufacturing execution system and production automation (please find list of related products below)
- Not less than 5-years of experience in administration, implementation and development of the next Business applications:
- Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP)
- Unified Workflow System
- Electronic Documents Storage
- Portal Services
- Information Document management System
- Consolidated Project Reports Automation
- Business Process Modelling
- Personnel Information Management
- Integration Activity Planning
- Not less than 5-years of experience in administration, implementation and development of the next MES&PA:
- Real-Time Database Systems
- Production Accounting Systems
- Laboratory Information Systems
- Business and Operational Intelligence Systems
- Integration Asset Modelling Systems
- Understanding of the next business processes:
- Laboratory Information Management
- Integrated Asset Planning
- Alarm Management
- Asset Modeling
- Hydrocarbon accounting
- Not less than 3-years of experience in administration and configuration of relational databases:
- Oracle
- Microsoft SQL
- Ability to implement IT policies at the project, service level;
- Experience in Business applications systems implementation on Industrial Project Environment with the following Vendors:
- SAP
- OpenText
- Microsoft SharePoint
- Oracle
- Experience coordinating and being part of an international technical team of at least four people on a project;
- Experience with Microsoft Windows, VMware, Hyper-V, TCP/IP;
- Significant experience working as part of a team in a project environment;
- Language skills: English at Upper-Intermediate level.
