MSELECT is looking to hire a Chef for an FMCG client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Cover all the DFAC needs, like manage the food storage
- Lead the team and improve them
- Coordinate the food delivery
- Update the Kitchen needs
Qualification and Experience
- Culinary school or tourism college diploma preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience.
- Proven work experience as a Chef for companies like Oil industry companies, hotels, etc.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers and pasta makers)
- Advanced knowledge of culinary, baking, and pastry techniques
- Leadership skills
- Ability to remain calm and undertake various tasks
- Excellent time management abilities
- Up-to-date knowledge of cooking techniques and recipes
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
- Work is field based, the rotation is 90 days on / 14 days off
