MSELECT is looking to hire a KRI Area Manager for an international retail client in Erbil. Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar position and be fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
Summary
Manage the field team (Merchandiser and Supervisors) and ensuring that they are performing in the field. Maintaining company Market share, sell out and visibility in the market and increase it.
Responsibilities
- Evaluating performance of supervisors
- Create plans and strategies related to retail investment in the market
- Regular market visit and solve dealer’s issues and maintaining a good relation.
- Checking in house Market share and increase it within company brand guide.
- Plan and Manage the logistics of retail activities.
- Gather market news and provide sending reports
- Support sales team with their wholesale program
- Handle reporting to and be a communication point between the team and other department
- Handle any reports requested
Requirements
- Must have an education higher than High School
- Must have at least 5 years of experience in mobile business
- Must have good knowledge in soft skills (email communications, Microsoft Office, etc.)
- Must speak & write in fluent Arabic & English (Kurdish is a big plus)
