MSELECT is looking to hire a Merchandiser for an international retail client in Karbala and Najaf, candidates must have 1-2 years of experience in sales in the air conditioner industry. Fluency in Arabic is a must, English is plus.
Job Objective
To positively advocate company brand image and increase sell out performance for the products through direct involvement with the end customers at the store floor level.
Key Responsibilities
- Maximize company market share by achieving allocated sell-out target thru direct interaction with end consumers as well as indirect sales activities both in and out of the store
- As company advocate, manage cordial relationship with store managers or owners and other sales representatives to secure brand competitiveness
- Ensure company market presence by managing and/or monitoring company in-store marketing and merchandising status through product display and POP as well as consumer promotion execution
- Connect Merchandiser to the market frontline to allow agile and effective responses by transferring detailed field information from sales and marketing to competitors and VOD
Qualifications
- College or a high school degree
- Experience as a field Merchandiser and/or field Salesman in the air conditioner industry
- Speak fluent English and Arabic
- All candidates must have cars and can provide a car since they’ll receive a car & fuel allowances to compensate for using their personal cars during working hours
- Ability to travel to other cities if the business needs require
- Good communication skills
- Good attitude
