MSELECT is looking to hire a National Administrative Service Supervisor for a leading global technology client in Erbil, candidate must have 5 years of experience in managing the office facilities and the service staff, fluency in English, Kurdish is must and Arabic is plus.

Job responsibilities

  • Collect requirements of office employees and their business management, coordinate resources, and provide solutions.

  • support canteen operation compliance and EHS management requirements to ensure operational compliance.

  • Implement the solution according to the administrative business process.

  • Incorporate the solution into daily operation, for example, arrange for the repair or reconstruction of the supplier, provide publicity and guidance to employees, and arrange for the property management to conduct simulation exercises.

  • Supervise daily administrative service operation personnel, such as hotel reservation service, vehicle reservation service, front desk service, and cleaning and maintenance service.

Knowledge skills
Knowledge: Have general knowledge of each module of administrative
services, including daily office operation management, food,
accommodation, and transportation management.
Skills: Office software skills, English communication skills;

For this role, look for highly-organized people who can multitask. who like to take initiative and seek ways to improve daily operations.Be able to deploy and execute established administrative policies, processes, and solutions. Or lead the team to lead the integrated design of regional administrative service solutions and organize the implementation.

Have experience in all administrative services, and have successful project or business experience summarization and finalize cases.
