MSELECT is hiring a Revenue Accountant for an international energy services client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience and be fluent in English and Arabic.

Reporting to

  • Financial Manager


Manage and oversee the Revenue Function within the Iraq business. Provide a support structure to all role players within the network.

Main accountabilities include

  • Maintain complete and proper records of Revenue and Debtors and ensure accuracy, timeliness and integrity of financial information
  • Perform and manage full debtors control function
  • Perform revenue billing
  • Upkeep and management of billing systems
  • Perform reconciliations
  • Prepare revenue analysis
  • Prepare month end audit File
  • Forecast and budget preparation
  • Prepare year-end audit
  • Implement and maintain internal controls
  • Ad hoc projects
  • Liaise with clients
