MSELECT is hiring a Sales Engineer for a global trading group in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of similar experience in fields of (Automotive consumables, Construction material, industrial consumables) and be fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the company's products to existing customers and attract new customers.
  • Learning all the information related to the company's products, vision, culture and values, and explaining them adequately to customers.
  • Ensure and confirm customer satisfaction in various stages of sales.
  • Continuous communication with customers, good handling and providing products in the best way.
  • Generating leads, and fine follow up through sales pipeline, and preparing proposals, sales orders, invoices, using the company adopted software.
  • Covering clients in the agreed geographical areas.
  • Work to sell the company's products in cash and collect the company's dues according to the plans set by the administration, and obtain the approval of the management and accounts for any other payment methods.
  • Submit regular reports to the administration on competition, competing products, prices, quantities, sales volume, current offers, and advertising.
  • Professional adherence to the instructions and directives of the management, and keenness to avoid everything that would lead to conflict with the interests of the company, and its policies.
  • Obligation to maintain periodic and continuous monthly sales, and keeping high customer loyalty, and in the event that more than two months pass without realized sales to a specific customer, the customer is automatically withdrawn and handed over to another sales consultant.
  • The second party is obligated to perform any other work that has not been mentioned and is assigned to it by the management in accordance with the vision of the management and the interest of the company in a way that does not contradict with his mental and physical capabilities and within the sales work context.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the sales of one of the following fields (Automotive consumables, Construction material, industrial consumables)
  • Speaks Arabic and/or Kurdish (in addition to the English language)
  • Valid driving license
  • Communication skills, presentable

  • KRG/Iraq.
