MSELECT is looking to hire a Technical Manager for an industrial client in Baghdad, candidates must have a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Responsible for factory management and continuous improvement of all processes.
- Provide insight to upper management.
- Deliver products consistently, on time, and on budget.
- Review all work produced by the team.
- Ensure the produced items meets company standards.
- Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day-to-day operations to exceed our customers’ expectations
- Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while minimizing unnecessary costs and maintaining current quality standards
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Minimum 10 years in manufacturing company
