MSELECT is looking to hire a Warehouse Team Leader for an industrial and distribution group in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the same position. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.
Job Purpose:
To lead, manage and to execute the daily plan and activities in warehouse operation.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Productivity and Inventory Accuracy
- To lead and motivate his subordinates to serve priorities and issues.
- To control and maintain proper resource allocation at all times.
- To prepare manpower schedule based on Daily volumes.
- To lead and direct the inventory and stock control programs for internal and external Warehouses.
- To lead and motivate his subordinates to serve priorities and issues.

External Warehouse
- To manage and monitor the rental Warehouses and recourse allocation.
- To lead the daily operation of external Warehouse.
- To manage and control the replenishments process of goods from internal and external warehouses.
Safety
- To lead and provide proper training with regards to the safety and with proper guidance of the Safety Officer.
- To investigate accident and provide preventive action.
- Inspect facility to assure adherence to safety and operating policies and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
Communication:
- Coordinates with other Departments for smooth flow of Warehouse operation.
- To check and circulate Stock Position Report (SPR) on daily basis.
- Dealing with vendors and subcontractors in needs of operational activities. Further securing opportunities and operational issues whenever necessary.
Qualification and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the same position
- Computer literate (MS word, Excel, Power Point, MS Project, other related software).
- Strong leadership personality, team playing ability to encourage people achieve task.
- Well-organized with good communication skills.
