Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, and/or Information Security
- Or Engineering degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Computer Systems, IT, and/or Telecommunication
- Positive, Service-oriented personality
- Proactive, analytical and creative thinker, problem solver, active listener
- Effective communicator from both verbal and written standpoints (English and Arabic)
- Must keep up with new technologies, ambitious to learn/ attend training programs
- Willingness to travel to Iraq at least 1 week per month (for Expats)
Technical skills, Expertise, and knowledge
- Experience in SAN and NAS environments (Storage, Backup, Disaster Recovery, Networking, Virtualization) Demonstrated
- Experience and knowledge in Data Centre Solutions
- Experience and knowledge in the following products: Dell EMC, CISCO, Microsoft, Veeam and VMware
- Certified in the above mentions products is a plus
