mselect is looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant in Qatar. You will be responsible for attracting candidates and matching them to positions with client companies. You will work closely with client companies, and build relationships to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.

Job Summary:
As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be a key player in our efforts to connect top talent in the Energy, process, and infrastructure industry with leading organizations. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and placing candidates for direct hire positions while also engaging in sales activities to expand our client base. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with industry professionals, build strong relationships, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing and Assessment:
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels such as job boards, networking events, referrals, and social media
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit with client organizations
  • Present well-qualified candidates to clients, emphasizing their relevance to specific job requirements

Client Relationship Management:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the Energy, process & Infrastructure industry
  • Understand clients' business needs and work closely with them to identify staffing requirements
  • Deliver exceptional client service by providing timely and effective solutions

Sales and Business Development:
  • Proactively identify and approach potential clients to expand the company's client portfolio
  • Pitch the company's services, demonstrate a deep understanding of the Energy, process & Infrastructure industry, and offer recruitment solutions to meet client needs
  • Negotiate and secure recruitment contracts and agreements

Market Research and Industry Knowledge:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
  • Share industry insights with clients, enhancing the company's reputation as a knowledge leader in Energy, process & Infrastructure recruitment

Administrative Tasks:
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in the company's database
  • Prepare and manage contracts, offers, and other documentation related to the recruitment process

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline)
  • minimum of 2 experience in recruitment, preferably in the Energy, process & Infrastructure industry
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • A deep understanding of the Energy, process & Infrastructure industry and its specific job roles
  • Proficiency in using recruitment software and databases
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
