Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an Administrator for an international business consultancy firm in Erbil. The successful candidate must have practical experience of 2 years in the field of administrations, fluency in English, Kurdish and Arabic is requested.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Help in Office’s Tasks, and update tracker sheet.
  • Make sure that office doesn’t mess anything of supplies.
  • Will be direct contact with Employees and Management to cover the Work requirements.
  • Will be the Main POC (Point of contact) with the client regarding work permits matters.
  • Will be responsible for initiate and draft new work permit application for Client’s employees
  • Track the operation through Software and update the folders with support documents in Share folders
  • For work permits he will arrange the payments for the company.
  • Follow up with all offices of NFBC regarding the work requirements.
  • Initiate cases and clarify all the requirements from the client.
  • Perform any duties assigned by the Office Manager, and cover his work during the travelling out of office or during the leaves.
  • Ability to work on Microsoft office and PDF Applications.
Organizational skills
  • Proficient in working effectively in a fast-paced environment while making multiple tasks at a time.
  • Proven front desk handling skills, demonstrated ability to handle phone calls and correspondence effectively
Computer skills 
  • Skilled in data entry and data processing.
  • Skilled in Excel, Word, Power point and PDF
  • Skills with Mac computer.
  • Operational knowledge of the functioning of various office equipment including scanners and printers.
Communication skills
  • Expert in maintaining productive written correspondence with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
