Job Description


MSELECT is seeking corporate trainers with both business and training experience for their Duhok training center.  Selected trainers will receive accreditation from an international certifying body after completing advanced TOT training, and must be available afterwards to conduct workshops during evening and weekend hours.  Should specialize in at least one of the following:  Business, HR, Management, Marketing/PR, Finance, or Hospitality.



  • Deliver pre-set curriculum using a variety of tools and interactive techniques
  • Prepare lesson plans, exercises, group activities and other learning aids for students
  • Oversee classroom management and handle a variety of situations
  • Provide appropriate feedback on oral and group work in classroom
  • Basic administration, such as keeping student registers and attendance records


Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Must be a compelling public speaker
  • Must have the ability to engage trainees in discussions during educational sessions
  • Superior time management skills as well as being an effective multi-tasker
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flexible attitude
  • Exceptional leadership and management skills
  • Good problem solving and decision making skills, along with the ability to exercise sound judgment


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Management, Marketing/PR, Finance, Hospitality or a related field
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (preferred)
  • TOT Certificate (preferred)
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in training or teaching


Work Environment

  • Must be willing to travel inside Kurdistan to conduct training sessions
  • Must be able to work flexible hours / evenings / weekends
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with a demanding time schedule
