Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an HR and Admin Officer for an automotive client to be based in Erbil, 2-4 years of experience in HR, fluency in English, Arabic and Kurdish is a must.



  • Handle the employee’s files
  • Working on grading system
  • Prepare monthly payroll
  • Implement the company policy
  • Maintenance for all the facility as Admin person.
  • Attendance reports
  • Monthly manpower reports
  • Recruiting new employees and interview candidates.
  • Arrange with the other branches.
  • Prepare the overtime payments



  • Experience: 2-4 years in HR
  • Languages: English, Arabic and Kurdish.
  • Character: professionally mature, experience in corporate environments, team player, respectful and takes initiative.
