Job Description

MSELECT is looking to hire an HR Manager for a holding group in Erbil. Candidates must have 5-6 years in HR out of which 2-3 in a senior role. Kurdish, Arabic and English fluency is a must.

Job Responsibilities

  • Analyze client’s hiring needs and formulate strategy
  • Design and coordinate the hiring process
  • Interring the leaves of national staff in the leave system
  • Update information on employment conditions for national personnel (compensation system, salary groups, model job descriptions, labor law etc.)
  • Post or delegate posting of job advertisements on professional sites, job sites and social media
  • Participate in candidate sourcing efforts
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct initial phone screens and schedule calls and interviews
  • Manage calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
  • Coordinate medical tests and background checks
  • Establish connections with professional groups, communities and other organizations

Job Requirements

  • BSc in Business and administration or relevant field
  • 5-6 years in HR, 2-3 years in a senior role
  • Familiarity with the entire recruitment lifecycle
  • Advanced knowledge of national labor and social laws
  • Knowledge of effective hiring practices
