MSELECT is seeking to hire an Assistant Office Manager for one of its placed in Baghdad. This role is open for Iraqi nationals only. Fluency in English and Arabic languages is a must with 10-15 years’ experience in government relations.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain communications with government offices.
- Maintain office services by organizing office operations and procedures.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems.
Languages: Arabic (native) and English
Experience: 10 – 15 years’ experience in office administration and government relations
Skills: Windows 7 and Microsoft Office
Salary and benefits: Dependent on the candidate's experience and career
Scope of work: Good communication with government offices is preferable (Ministry of
Education: Bachelor’s degree is required
