MSELECT are looking for a Sales Executive on behalf of our client, an
Industrial Bags Plant based in Sulaimaniya.
Tasks and responsibilities:
Customer contact for purpose of sales.
Maintaining a customer road map for each customer (Customer visit reports, deliveries , claims , services .technical supports ,art work…etc)
Search for new customers.
Marketing our product to customers.
Maintaining a market data base (customer demand and competition capacity / utilization).
Monthly customer-specific report (for important and key customers) to be sent to each customer.
Coordinating with Production Manager regarding production and delivery plans.
Invoicing and documentation to customer(in coordination with Finance and warehouse).
Full implementation of ERP (sales related).
Customer receivables follow up based on overdue report from Finance (in coordination with Finance).
E-Sales program. In charge of full implementation of system and follow-up with customers, training customers, etc.
Education: College degree in marketing, administration or equivalent.
Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point and Outlook).
Language Skills: Fluent in English, Kurdish and Arabic.
