mselect is looking to hire a Branch Manager for an automotive client in Baghdad. Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of team management experience. Fluency in English and Arabic is a must.

Job Description
We are looking for a Branch Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the overall business operations of our premium car company in Baghdad. The ideal candidate should have a strong business mindset and be able to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the business and increase revenue. The candidate should also have excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English and be familiar with the local culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to grow the business and increase revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and government officials
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets
  • Provide coaching and training to staff to improve performance and increase productivity
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain a strong brand image for the company
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory
  • Manage budgets and financial forecasts for the business
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and expansion
  • Conduct market research and identify opportunities for new business
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the business, including sales, marketing, customer service, and logistics
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient and effective business operations

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
  • Strong leadership and management skills, 5 years team management experience
  • Only candidates from Iraq or located in Iraq will be considered
  • Ability to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify new business opportunities
  • Experience in coaching and training staff
  • Knowledge of budgeting and financial forecasting
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
