RESPONSIBILITIES
Design and Analysis:
- Undertake the design and analysis of engineering projects, with a focus on vertical and horizontal residential developments, as well as commercial projects.
- Prepare technical reports and drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that milestones are achieved and specifications are adhered to.
- Guarantee compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and industry standards.
- Provide technical support to project teams, addressing engineering challenges and offering solutions.
- Offer technical consultations to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders, providing expert insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and execute engineering projects efficiently.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to meeting project deadlines, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
REQUIREMENTS
- Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- Experience of no less than 10 years in civil engineering, with specific expertise in vertical and horizontal residential projects, as well as commercial projects
- Deep knowledge of engineering design and analysis software
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Project management skills and a commitment to deadlines
