Responsibilities:
- Act as interface between the BUs, Initiate Sales and Operation meetings as a culture, focus on reduction in pipeline inventory and Working Capital
- Audit all Sales and BU Logistics Processes as per company’s standards
- Trade Assets Monitoring – Coolers and Pallets. This is an absolutely Grey Area for us now.
- Sale Fleet Audit
- Warehouse Stock Keeping and audits
- Sales Returns and Transit and warehouse Damages – Manage Insurance Claims
- Act as a Customer Care Front – to Record, Manage Customer Complaints and all other Trade Complaints which are raised by the Sales and Merchandising Teams
- Most Essentially, he has to take on 25% of Iyad’s Workload and be the 100% back up in the event of going on leave
- Monitor Projects on improving BU’s Profitability
- Drawing Actions and assisting Sales to focus on Customer wise Performance.
- Daily Dashboard on RTM Initiatives
- Logistics Performance Report on
- Vehicle Daily Management- Focus on Availability, Cleaning Audit and Operations Cost
- Sales Loss Analysis due to non-availability
- OTIFs and Vehicle TATs
- Material Availability by warehouse and initiating the replenishment actions
- Stream the Ordering process from Dumping to manage, Minimum and Max Inventory at all Inventories, Made to Stock and Made to Order
Requirements
- Experience in working on Commercial Finance in a business Analyst Role
- Has to have a Finance background
- Experience handling audits and facing both internal and external Audits
- Speak Arabic and English
- Three to Five years of hardcore on the ground experience in a FMCG set up
- High on Analytics, Advanced Excel operations and other MS Office Tools (PPT and Word)
- This is not a 9-5 job, so he/she needs to be up to it
- Travelling to Plant/Trade etc. is compulsory as the job entails a lot of interactions
- Interpersonal Skills need to checked as the incumbent will be interacting with both Seniors and Trade
