MSELECT is hiring an ERP Administrator for an international Oil & Gas operator in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience and be fluent in Kurdish and English.
Job Objective
Assist to implement, support develop and sustain efficient use of new ERP system.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with training roll-out
- Log / record issues
- Liaise with System Administrator / Help line
- Facilitate interface between ERP and all end-users
- Provide administrative back-up to the ERP system
- Assists with any formal correspondence required during ERP implementation
- Assist with arranging workshops and meetings
- Support Kurdish language training and circulation of information
Qualifications
- Education: Technical, Finance or Business graduate
- Knowledge & understanding of procurement processes
- Knowledge & understanding of fundamental finance and accounting processes
- Good organisational and administrative skills
- Competence in MS software
- Abilities in automated systems and ability to adapt these to ERP
- Good communicator in multi-cultural environment
- Understanding of the markets in which an operator works
- Ability & willingness to facilitate any meetings required to conduct the activities of the job
- Ability & willingness to assist team members
