MSELECT is looking to hire an Executive and Marketing Manager for a general trading client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 15 years of practical and relevant experience. Must be fluent in English and Arabic, Kurdish is a plus.
The Role
- Guide employees through their development and develop department wide reports on progress
- Give constructive criticism to managers
- Attend the marketing meeting
- Implement department wide procedures and ensure that the department is meeting its goals
- Develop long term goals for the department and prepare periodically Business/Marketing plan
- Coordinate or collaborate with promotions, advertising and product managers for marketing
- Identify potential markets for company’s products and services
- Develop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tactics
Requirements
- Minimum 15 Years Practical & Relevant Experience
- BS/MS in Power Engineering or Renewable Energies in reputable universities/ MBA or Master's equivalent will be considered as additional point)
- Knowledge of fluent writing and speaking in English, Arabic (Kurdish, Persian and Turkish language will be considered as additional point)
- Strong communication, sales, presentation, management, and leadership skills; goal-oriented, flexible, and creative under pressure; knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms; strong budgeting, Internet, and computer skills
- Active, reliable, responsible, ability to work independently and in a team
- Self-Motivated, high talent of teamwork, well organized, good relationship with client and sources
