Job purpose
To provide a Maintenance planning support to project in accordance with the standing procedures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify resources needed to perform and populate job plan or work order
- Plan jobs work orders by identifying tasks, define the level of detail of work definition and resources
- Communicated and work with the delivery person Engineer/trades
- Assist in Develop and deliver the 90 Day Plan for E&R department
- Raise service orders and follow Purchase Orders for work preparation as required
- Continually review and revise job plans information
- Deliver a plan of resources required to support execution in period
- Plan and coordinate maintenance works including shutdowns and other maintenance projects
- Liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers
- Liaise to ensure availability of asset and resources for the expeditious delivery of the work
- Organize quotes and order non-inventory parts and materials
- Organize quotes and requisitions for subcontractors
- Coordinate CM planning and scoping
- Support the schedulers and delivery team as required
- Issue require service request and purchase requisition through SAP CMMS
- Assisting in Creating new function locations for new installations and make sure it is covering all maintainable items or to modify the existing one for better maintainability through coordination with maintenance discipline engineers.
- creating and Updating BOM's on SAP system
REQUIREMENTS
Qualification:
- Bachelor of Engineering
- + 5 years of Relevant Job Experience in the Field of Operation& maintenance planning in Oil & Gas.
- Should have hands on Experience in handling Maintenance jobs
- Good level of knowledge with CMMS
- Excel – excellent
- Word – Excellent
- Power Point – Excellent
- MS Outlook - Excellent
- SAP CMMS – Good
- English – good (verbal & written)
- Proven Maintenance and Supervisory skills
- Professional qualification or equivalent with relevant considerable experience
- Mechanical trade qualifications preferred
- SAP/Maximo (or similar computer Maintenance Management System) - preferred
- Demonstrate balance of industrial experience at relevant level and position
- Planning experience
- Enthusiastic, conscientious and keen to learn
- Intellectually capable, can substantiate the ability to apply theory in a context
- Professional demeanor, interpersonal skills
- Able to demonstrate team working skills
- Microsoft computer skills necessary
- Mobile and willing to spend time away from office location as and when operation requires
