MSELECT is looking to hire a Pre-sales Technical Support Engineer for a security solutions client in Erbil. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years of recent relevant working experience in the electronic and/ or mechanical field. English and Kurdish fluency is a must.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the installer training program, develop and write the training materials, plans and reports.
- Presentation and hands-on training of full range of company’s Security products and solutions including CCTV, Intelligent Traffic, Smart Building, Safe City to S.I, installers and distributors.
- Organize the customers and complete training target.
- Onsite support for customer to resolve the product and technical issues.
- Collect and analyze the feedback from customer and marketing information.
- Collaborate with team members to share ideas and information.
- Build good relationships with customer.
Requirements
- Bachelor graduate with a technical educational background.
- Min.2 years recent relevant working experience in the electronic and / or mechanical field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office software applications.
- Good intercultural communication and presentation skills.
- A good proficiency of the English language is an absolute must.
