Responsibilities:
- Operate the liquid/ powder plants and any other production equipment on a comprehensive level
- Develop plans and lead production staff to ensure smooth operation
- Arrange work schedules and production plan
- Ensure implementation of the safety procedure
- Perform routine check for equipment, and report to maintenance responsible accordingly
- Stock count for the items involved in the production works periodically
- Report to production manager all works related with production
- Ensure neat work place
- Ensure the finish products packages match the criteria specified by Sika
- Ensure that product information is in place and clear
- Flexibility to work in other departments according to the work needs
- Obligate with the instruction conducted by the production manager
- Report all potential accidents and make sure that any accidents are recorded
- Communicates all pertinent information/issues/needs/ideas to production management as appropriate
Requirements:
- BSc, diploma or equivalent in industrial-related education
- Vocational experience: industrial works experience 2 years or above in a factory of any industry. Proof of team management skills (can manage a team of at least 10 members)
- Basic computer skills (MS office)
